Description
Product Overview
The EC-GDE-PEC1 is a three-compartment, three-electrode photoelectrochemical cell for studying gas diffusion electrodes under illumination. Its serpentine gas-flow design enhances contact between the reactant gas and catalyst, while a quartz optical window enables operando observation of electrode interfaces and supports investigation of charge-transfer processes in photoelectrochemical research.
Key Features
- Operando Optical Access: Provides optical access to the electrode interface for operando monitoring during photoelectrochemical reactions.
- Serpentine Gas Distribution: Directs reactant gas across the catalyst surface to enhance gas-catalyst contact.
- Gas Diffusion Electrode Testing: Supports photoelectrochemical testing of hydrophobic gas diffusion electrodes under illuminated operating conditions.
