Case Study: After-Sales Service for our procured Lab Equipment
At ANR, our relationship with customers doesn’t simply end after an order is fulfilled. We firmly believe that after-sales service is one of the most critical ways to measure success as a lab service provider. We don’t just aim to meet your needs during procurement – our mission is to make sure that every interaction you have with us is smooth, reliable, and completely stress-free.
Over 1000 equipment procurement Success Stories – Here’s How We Support You Post-Purchase
With more than 1000 equipment procurement cases completed, we’ve encountered a wide range of situations that require after-sales support. Whether it’s maintenance or complex equipment repairs, our experienced team is prepared to tackle every challenge head-on.
A recent case involved a leading recycling research lab facing an urgent issue during a critical phase of their experiments. The lab had purchased their 1000L chemical reaction pilot plant through us in 2022. The motor was emitting unusual noises and running unsteadily, which put their experiments at risk. Our team quickly stepped in to diagnose the problem and provide a timely solution.

On-Site Inspection and Diagnosis
When faced with this urgent situation, our engineering team immediately conducted a thorough on-site inspection. To solve the issue efficiently, we needed to understand the key factors, including:
- Usage patterns and frequency: We gathered insights from the customer about how the equipment was used.
- Issue analysis: We assessed the equipment’s performance and its surrounding environment at the time the issue occurred.
- Detailed equipment inspection: We disassembled the machine to examine its internal components.
Finding the Root Causes
- First on-site survey:
Upon closer inspection during our first on-site visit, our engineers identified the initial issue: excessive usage beyond the machine’s rated capacity had caused both the rotor and transmitter to be damaged. We promptly contacted the manufacturer and replaced the motor and rotor with new parts.
- Second time visit:
During our second visit to the customer’s site, a new issue emerged. The equipment’s rotational alignment was off, which we discovered was caused by rusting inside the bearings. This rusting had been triggered by the excessively acidic environment in the facility, leading to further alignment problems.
Finally, during our third visit, after ordering and installing new bearings, we conducted a thorough inspection to ensure everything was functioning correctly and that the equipment was fully operational.
Delivering Quality Through On-Site Equipment Maintenance
With every equipment maintenance service, we make it a point to be on-site alongside engineering team to help resolve the issue. We believe that a strong chemical engineering partnership is key to delivering high-quality service. This ensures that even the most complex problems are swiftly and effectively addressed by experts who have in-depth knowledge of the equipment.
We stand by your side, as long as you face challenges
At ANR, it’s not just about fixing equipment – ANR is your partner in success. We stand behind every solution we deliver, and our mission is to keep your lab running smoothly. As we always say, we’re freeing you to focus on science – and that promise extends to everything we do, from procurement to after-sales service.
